Walking

The goal today is to walk/run for one hour. I'm taking my little dog so I might have to swing back and drop him off. Hope everyone can get a little exercise in today. I read that exercise is the only thing that can slow the aging process. I'm all for that baby.

Last evening I did some Yoga. Wow, does that feel good and talk about strengthening the upper body.
