Our time well Spent

I saw this done on someone else's blog and thought hey great idea. I believe that its good to sometimes look at the things you have done, instead of always thinking of the things you haven't done.

I love my husband and I'm grateful for our time together.

There’s nothing you and I won’t do…
1. We’ve been married for 18 years and had lots of adventures.
2. We’ve moved 6 times and
3. Lived in 6 different houses, or apartments.
4. Two of which, we had built.
5. We have a Tyler,
6. a Garrett,
7. a Logan,
8. a Carson and a,
9. Cassidy,
10. which gave us the joy of 5 c-sections
11. We’ve done the military.
12. And the military has done us.
13. Dined with the Governor
14. and his wife.
15. Enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner at the Tooele Army Depot cafeteria.
16. Two deployments
17. Two Eagle Scouts
18. 4 cub scouts and
19. 4 baptisms …so far.
20. Two bachelors
21. And one masters
22. Shot a machine gun
23. Traveled to Nauvoo
24. without him, (thanks to the guard)
25. Endured officer school.
26. Watched buffalo on the plains
27. of Oklahoma.
28. Lived in Oklahoma when a tornado
29. hit Salt Lake City, UT.
30. Toured Alcatraz.
31. Smelled the Red Wood forest.
32. Tried not to smell the sulfur pots
33. in Yellowstone.
34. Repelled down the “Subway”.
35. Jet Skied with the Dolphins
36. in the Gulf of Mexico.
37. Rode horses in Cache Valley.
38. Lit off a house full of fireworks
39. in Star Valley, Wyoming
40. Enjoyed the Fall leaves on the mountain
41. while riding four wheelers.
42. Watched our children do every kind of sport.
43. Listened and enjoyed a number of choir
44. and band concerts.
45. Hosted a bazillion late nights.
46. Have an Elder, Priest, Teacher, and Deacon all at the same time.
47. Canoed on Payson Lake
48. Climbed Angels Landing in a rain storm.
49. Been to Military Balls
50. We’ve had a hamster,
51. gold fish,
52. beta fish,
53. and a Shih Tzu share our home.
54. We’ve owned 1 car, 1 jeep, 2 vans
55. and one truck.
56. Heard gun fire over the phone
57. when he called from Afghanistan.
58. Hated being apart.
59. Couldn’t wait for his return.
60. Hiked the “Black Hole” at Lake Powell.
61. Did a 360 on the freeway.
62. We both love the smell of pine trees in the mountains.
63. We both eat lots of chocolate.
64. Endured snow,
65. and driving in it,
66. and my fear of it
67. Eaten expensive churros
68. at Disneyland
69. Attended a Russian Sacrament meeting,
70. at the MTC.
71. We’ve been in the presence of an apostle.
72. Tasted naan bread and
73. our own homemade wheat bread.
74. Attended a mountain man rendezvous.
75. Driven skyline drive.
76. Camped in Kolob.
77. Shopped in Park City.
78. Hiked “Temple Mountain”.
79. Walked through “Little Wild Horse Canyon”.
80. We know what “Red Legs” are,
81. and how to wash BDU’s.
82. We love camping, and especially
83. camp food.
84. Served in the lds church
85. in almost every area.
86. 17 years in scouts
87. and counting.
88. Geocached everywhere.
89. Changed jobs four times.
90. Four wheelin and
91. stuck in the mud.
92. Loved Family Camp eight times!
93. Snow shoed around our Utah Valley.
94. We eat French dip and
95. onion rings on Christmas Eve.
96. Working on Family History.
97. Transferred and edited
98. parents history in slides,
99. to digital format.
100 Sat in waist deep ice water waiting for ducks.
