This morning for the exercise I decided we needed a change, so called friend and we hiked to the cross on the hill. The total distance from the resevoir was 2.20miles. But, with the ups and downs it felt like about four. Which is just perfect. The fresh air was totally worth it. It felt like it cleaned a few cobwebs out of the head. Just what I needed.
How beautiful! It's so nice to get outside. What beautiful scenery.
ReplyDeleteYOU ROCK! That is so awesome! It is such a great feeling when you are on the top and looking down at what you've accomplished. We are going to hike Notch Peak this weekend (Sam and I) if you want to come. It is out in the west desert. we are camping over on Friday night and hiking the next morning. Let me know if you can or want to come. Google it for more info.
