8 Weeks to Run!

I'm usually good at a consistent exercise routine. It varies what exercise that may be, but at least I do something. Except for August through October. Strange, must be a very busy time. LOL! So here it is October,(no need to mention it is the end of October) and time to start up again. So I thought I would share what I'll be doing and if anyone wants to join in...that would be awesome.

It is a running program I do every so often because I simply loose interest in running and have to start all over. I got this program from Runners World magazine a few years ago and it works every time. The goal is to be able to run continually for 30 minutes. I like it because I can concentrate on the time instead of the distance. And, keeping track of the minutes occupies my mind.

For some reason I can't get the entire schedule to work at the same time. It jumbles it everywhere, so I will do a few days at a time. Here is the first day. This day is so easy even my mind enjoyed it. Which can be a huge factor in whether I run or not.

Week 1

Day 1

Run 1 minute

Walk 2 minutes

10 times
