If you're needing a new place to visit and like to explore, I have the perfect place for you. It is called Goblin Valley. It's pretty much boy heaven. First you have the park where all of the goblins are. This costs a Park fee to get in but is totally worth it. The park then is surrounded by some great mountains with tons of great hiking. We love camping here because it has great facilities, easy hikes, and is a little warmer climate than we live in. We usually visit Goblin Valley in the Winter or Spring.

The boys found a cave this last trip that had a huge hole in the top of it. I believe one of them climbed to the top and threw rocks down. I'm Glad I wasn't there for that. Some things a mother should never know.
Those are cool photos! We haven't ever been there (Cory won't go to places where you have to pay), but we need to. It looks like a great place. Are you going to Janet's this Sunday?
ReplyDeleteCory took the scouts there a few weeks ago. They all had fun and they all want to go back. ~And yes there are some things a mother should never know about - BOYS!!! PS-Glad I found your blog so I can stalk you!!
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought that was a picture of frosting. LOL Looks like a great place.
ReplyDeleteKim outside the park is where we usually camp at no cost. There are some great places and Dallen has the GPS coordinates if you need them. $7.00 a car to get into the park. Your family would love this place. We even have a geocache there.
ReplyDeleteYes going to Janet's!
Tracy, stalk away girl! I love reading Spencer's letters. I also pray they get electricity soon.
I can't wait to take my kids there!!!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Goblin Valley!!!
I am so excited for summer and doing fun things with the kids!!!
Hi Leslie, It is fun to see your blog. Hope that you don't mind me linking it to my blog. We have talked about going to Goblin Valley for a while. It looks like it is the place to go.
ReplyDeleteI have wondered how you were doing many times. We were in St. George last fall and drove down by your house and I told my kids that one of my friends lived in that area but I didn't know where you were anymore. So I was happy to find you on my FB search.
